Responsibilities
- - Develop and deliver comprehensive real estate training programs tailored to the needs of new and existing staff members, focusing on sales techniques, property management, customer service, and market analysis.
- - Utilize a blend of teaching methodologies to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences for all participants.
- - Prepare and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments, ensuring content relevance and compliance with the latest industry standards and regulations.
- - Conduct evaluations to assess trainee progress and identify areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching.
- - Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the real estate industry to incorporate into training sessions.
- - Coordinate with management to identify training needs and adjust programs as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
Must Have
- - A bachelor's degree in Education, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Certifications in Training & Development or Real Estate are advantageous.
Nice to have
- - Proven experience in training and development, with prior experience in real estate training highly regarded.
- - Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are mandatory.
- - Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- - Ability to design and execute interactive and impactful training sessions, both online and in-person.
- - Flexible to work part-time in the evenings and adapt to a hybrid working model.
- - A proactive, enthusiastic, and organized approach to training and development.
